Following the success in Italy, RubyPlay extends the PokerStars partnership to Romania and Spain.

Flutter Entertainment's PokerStars brand has deepened its relationship with RubyPlay, an iGaming studio based in Malta.

As part of the growth, RubyPlay will introduce its game catalogue to the regulated markets of Romania and Spain.

It follows the launch of RubyPlay's games in Italy, where they were well-received and players stuck around longer than expected.

Plans for RubyPlay to develop four games for PokerStars are part of the expanded partnership. Yo Ho Ho, the first game, showcased the dominance of Italian players.

The chief product officer of RubyPlay, Dr. Eyal Loz, expressed his excitement at the company's decision to expand its partnership with PokerStars into Romania and Spain. Our main goal is to expand, and we can't wait to bring our wide variety of slot games to new fans who are always on the lookout for fun new experiences.

We are grateful to PokerStars for allowing us to share our innovative material with the world, and we hope that our partnership continues to thrive.

As part of RubyPlay's continued push to forge stronger ties with current partners and investigate potential new partnerships with operators in strategically important regulated territories, Olga Sirokha has been appointed Director of Partnerships. Sirokha has been working in the gaming industry for over 20 years, with a focus on land-based casinos in Latin America.

Joining forces with PokerStars is the latest major relationship for RubyPlay; the company has already inked deals with Reevo and NetBet Italy. Through these collaborations, RubyPlay was able to increase its visibility in the Italian market and incorporate more than 80 video slot games into several platforms.

Simultaneously, digital entertainment provider Playson partnered with PokerStars to provide games via Relax Gaming in other territories.

As part of its expansion strategy, Playson is planning to provide material in Spain and Ontario soon after launching in the UK and other licenced markets for PokerStars. The company aims to expand into online casino operators globally.
